I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Rachel, who promptly reviewed my situation and graciously waived the cancellation fee. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome...This Hilton is a Diamond in the Rough... I'm met Mary, front desk, when we checked in. What a pleasure. She took to us like a duck to water. Answered all questions and recommended several restaurants and activities. We came back in to check in and Brandon had taken Mary's place. He was awesome also. We put our stuff up in the room came back down and sat at the bar and met Karen. "She's a Good Karen". She is a hoot and also makes one of the best margaritas in town. Great staff. Highly recommend this North Austin Hotel to anyone traveling or just needing a place to escape.

Best hotel and service I have ever experienced and we only stayed one night the front desk girl was extremely nice and friendly. Very quiet and chill easy check in and check out. I forget her name started with letter N but she made our experience amazing this hotel will definitely our new spot.

Excellent hotel!! Sage was an incredibly gracious and courteous host for breakfast. He was able to provide us with all of our choices for breakfast, and he was helpful in every way. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rest of the staff were amazing!! Looking forward to coming back

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Park! It was exactly what I needed for my exploratory trip of the area: clean, quiet, convenient, everything you need. Neo was especially kind, warm, gracious and accommodating. She always greeted me by name and with a beautiful smile! I hope this hotel continues to maintain its excellence. I will stay here again when I return.

I want to give a huge thanks to Kristin, Marcelina, Neo, Mary, Alvin, Jordan, Sage, Kaye, Mrs. Karen and the house-keeping staff for always making me feel welcomed each time I visit. They really go above and beyond of making sure of fulfilling any request I may have and their professionalism is always great. The rooms are always clean and anytime I want my room clean the housekeepers don’t hesitate to provide that service. These are some of the reasons I choose to come back each time. Keep up the great work.

My family and I were visiting in Austin in December 2025 and we decided to book our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Park. There is an outdoor pool and a restaurant which we did not use. There is a TV with streaming movies which we did use. There is a decent fitness center with elliptical, Peloton, treadmills and dumbells which we also used. The room we stayed in had 2 double beds and very comfy pillows. There are soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There is easy to use climate control. The one main aspect of our stay in Hilton Garden Inn that made us feel most welcomed is the friendliness of the staff. The supervisor, Neo, went over and above our expectations. She was friendly and personable. If we asked her for recommendations on where to eat and things to do, she gave us many suggestions. We talked a lot with her and we felt that she was really trying to help us enjoy our stay in Austin and Texas in general. When we left the hotel to go out, she asked us where we planned to go. Upon return, she asked how our evening went. She was the best part of our stay in Austin. ● Buffet restaurant in lobby costs extra ● Checkout is 12PM ● Housekeeping is done every other day, unless requested.
